November Dah Datang..!

Sunday Morning...!

Hallo...! A very nice weather, but sadly no jogging for me. Already 4 weeks from my accident date I only stay at home, eat and sleep, eat and sleep. Now i feel body a bit heavy thats mean i gain my weight. Maybe!

Yeah.... ! Im fat. Hehehe

Later wanna hang out to Amcorp Mall. Even still need to use crosier, I need to use my energy to walk. I need to exercise my leg if not My leg will having some effect that I dont want it happen on my life. So what I need to do is do more exercise and walk walk walk as my normal before.

So start from today I will do more walk for my exercise. Gambateh...! Gambateh...!

SYARAT- SYARAT PERADUAN IKON VARSITI BH 2012: 

1. Peraduan ini dibuka kepada semua pelajar IPTA/IPTS, Kolej Profesional MARA, Institut Kemahiran Politeknik, Kolej Komuniti atau setaraf kolej yang diiktiraf oleh Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi Malaysia (KPT) serta mendapat keputusan PNGS 3.0 dan ke atas pada setiap semester sahaja. Sekurang-kurangnya setahun pengajian dan berusia antara 18 hingga 35 tahun.

2. Bagi kategori individu:

 a) Hanya 3 peserta dipilih bagi setiap kategori untuk melayakkan bertanding pada
     peringkat akhir.

 b) Peserta dikehendaki menghantar sijil pembabitan/kertas kerja/laporan dan gambar

     mengenai projek atau aktiviti dianjurkan yang disahkan bahagian Hal Ehwal Pelajar
     kolej atau universiti masing-masing.

 c) Peserta dikehendaki menghantar gambar berukuran pasport dan gambar penuh saiz 4R.

 d) Projek yang dijalankan mestilah pada sesi 2010/2011 dan 2011/2012 sahaja.

3. Bagi kategori berkumpulan:

  a) Hanya 3 kumpulan dipilih bagi setiap kategori untuk melayakkan bertanding pada

      peringkat akhir.

b) Kumpulan perlu menghantar sijil pembabitan/kertas kerja/laporan dan gambar

    mengenai projek yang dijalankan yang disahkan bahagian Hal Ehwal Pelajar kolej atau

    universiti masing-masing.

 c) Peserta dikehendaki menghantar gambar berukuran pasport dan gambar penuh saiz 4R.

 d) Projek yang dijalankan mestilah pada sesi 2010/2011 dan 2011/2012 sahaja.

4. Ikon Varsiti akan dinilai seperti yang berikut;

  a) 10 % (online)

  

  b) 10 % (surat khabar)

  c) 80 % (juri profesional)

5. Bagi setiap peserta individu atau berkumpulan hanya dibenarkan menyertai satu kategori yang dipertandingkan.

6. Peserta perlu bersedia untuk mengikut atur cara dijalankan BH.

7. Anda boleh menghantar seberapa banyak penyertaan projek bagi kategori yang dipilih, tetapi MESTI menggunakan BORANG ASAL.

8. Penganjur berhak untuk menukar hadiah dengan barangan yang sama nilainya tanpa sebarang notis.

9. Keputusan penganjur muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat tidak akan dilayan. Bukti penghantaran bukanlah bukti penerimaan.

10. Borang yang tidak lengkap dan tidak mematuhi syarat-syarat penyertaan akan dibatalkan.

11. Borang Penyertaan akan berada di dalam akhbar BH mulai 1 Oktober 2012 hingga 31 Oktober 2012.

12. Setiap penyertaan hendaklah diterima oleh penganjur sebelum atau pada 9 November 2012.

13. Kakitangan dan ahli keluarga terdekat kumpulan New Straits Times Press (NSTP) dan Media Prima (MPB), syarikat penaja dan penganjur Ikon Varsiti BH 2012 tidak dibenarkan mengambil bahagian dalam pertandingan ini.

BANGKIT - A Title Of Theater.

"BANGKIT" is a theater project that will feature five different volumes in a period of time. Its also rise manifesto Revolution Stage In order to turn and raise the culture of avid theater In Malaysian society especially teenagers. The main mission of "BANGKIT" is to serve a selection of theater that has its own their joys suitable for all walks of life. 

The Revolution Stage hope is to civilize those who still 'virgin' on one of the type of this arts performance. The Revolution Stage struggling to see arts performance culture and valiant germinate and at the same time to embedded beautifully in the heart of the community of Malaysia that "there's more to theater than just the eyes".

The concept "BANGKIT" is light and enjoying entertaining and to invites viewers for relaxing mind to in aesthetic way. Revolution Stage believe that as human beings, the mind also need to learn new things and fresh so that it is able to continue to be active. This is what The Revolution Stage has to offer.

Anugerah Blokbuster - Blokbuster Awards at Astro Ria 104

Blokbuster Awards is a one of  prestigious project for the PFM where it will become an annual event organized beginning in 2012. This award represents the audience choice will empower fans to determine the winner for each category of the contest. Halo Phenomenon

A Halo, The word from Greek is an optical phenomenon produced by ice crystals creating colored or white arcs and spots in the sky. Its also know as a nimbus, icebow or gloriole. Many are near the sun or moon but others are elsewhere and even in the opposite part of the sky. They can also form around artificial lights in very cold weather when ice crystals called diamond dustare loating in the nearby air. 

There are many types of ice halos. They are produced by the ive crystals in cirrus clouds high (5–10 km, or 3–6 miles) in the upper troposphere. The particular shape and orientation of the crystals is responsible for the type of halo observed. Light is reflected and refracted by the ice crystalsand may split up into colors because of dispersion. 

The crystals behave like prisms and mirrors, refracting and reflecting sunlight between their faces, sending shafts of light in particular directions. Atmospheric phenomena such as halos were used as part of weather lore as an empirical means of weather forecasting before meteorology was developed. 

Other common optical phenomena involving water droplets rather than ice crystals include the glory and the rainbow.

An optical phenomenon is any observable event that results from the interaction of light and matter. A mirage is an example of an optical phenomenon.

Common optical phenomena are often due to the interaction of light from the sun or moon with the atmosphere, clouds, water, dust, and other particulates. One common example is the rainbow, when light from the sun is reflected and refracted by water droplets.
                                       

A Circular Halo Is a diffraction disc or airy disc has similar appearance but is a disc rather than a ring, and has a red border on the inside. Its size depends on the size of the ice or water particles that cause it. These are also known as coronas but are not to be confused with the thin streaming luminous gas that makes up the sun's own corona.

Thats is Halo, its a normal phenomenon, very seldom and rare to appear in atmosphera. Its like rainbow but rainbow always appear and its beautifull. ;)
